Abstract

L'invecchiamento negli esseri animati e l'inevitabile deterioramento della struttura e della funzione delle cellule. Questo e favorito da una serie di cofattori endogeni ed esogeni responsabili di disregolazione genica e metabolica, infiammazione di bassa densità e insulino-resistenza. Errate abitudini alimentari, scorretti introiti nutritivi, sedentarietà, alterazione del sonno e stress velocizzano la velocita di invecchiamento cellulare. Attraverso dati scientifici ci viene la conferma che fermare la corsa verso la terza età si può adoperando uno stile di vita incentrato sul buon cibo nelle giuste misure, sulla nutrizione delle nostre cellule, sull'esercizio fisico e sulla gestione dello stress.
