Abstract

Nella vita degli esseri umani esiste un circuito ridondante che inizia dalla nascita, in realtà già poco tempo dopo il concepimento e si ripete giorno dopo giorno dividendo l’attività dal riposo. Riposare per l’uomo significa dormire; nell’arco della vita, ogni essere spende circa un terzo del proprio tempo dormendo.

Il sonno è molto importante in quanto elemento indispensabile per il rinnovamento delle energie sia psichiche che fisiche. La qualità sonno è essenziale per garantire una salute ottimale, in quanto durante il sonno avviene una complessiva rigenerazione di noi stessi. E’ dunque di importanza vitale, per ognuno di noi salvaguardarlo, garantendogli le giuste attenzioni.

Compito principale di questo elaborato sarà quello di introdurre il lettore completamente digiuno o quasi, a sviluppare una buona consapevolezza sull’argomento.

Si andranno ad analizzare passo per passo i vari stadi del sonno dando valore ad una attenta descrizione delle caratteristiche più salienti.

Per la descrizione del sonno andremo a snocciolare i punti chiave di ogni sua fase, marcando differenze ed analogie di questo complesso sistema.

Successivamente seguiranno le descrizioni di tutti i principali disturbi che colpiscono il sonno abbinate ad una valutazione organica delle probabili compromissioni patologiche.

Nella seconda parte dell’elaborato invece verrà mostrato attraverso un approccio naturopatico la moltitudine delle possibili tecniche (naturali/igienistiche) in grado di prestare supporto al nostro sonno. Si partirà con un’attenta valutazione dei comportamenti da adottare al fine di migliorare il sonno, seguiranno descrizioni e soluzioni di metodi allopatici: fitoterapia, fitoalimurgia, micologia, oligoterapia catalitica, tecniche di respirazione e di rilassamento.
