Abstract
Ritengo di non essere l’unico a pensare che non esista altra nazione al mondo che abbia una storia nella medicina tradizionale così datata nella notte dei tempi come la Cina.
Milioni di persone già praticavano la medicina naturale ancor prima che Ippocrate scrivesse il suo trattato, Egizi a parte, di cui però abbiamo poca documentazione.
Probabilmente a qualcuno ciò potrà sembrare semplicemente uno dei tanti dati folkloristici che accompagnano la storia cinese, non soltanto quella medica.
Se per certi versi posso essere d’accordo, alcuni aspetti sono in effetti un po’ sconcertanti per il nostro modus vivendi, non lo sono certo per quanto riguarda la storia che accompagna alcuni rimedi naturali, tra i quali a mio avviso, primeggia il fungo Reishi.
