La kinesiologia applicata si interessa del riequilibrio muscolare al fine di migliorare e/o ripristinare il normale fluire dell’energia nell’interno dell’organismo.

Essa è una tecnica non invasiva che si basa sull’analisi strumentale, e non, del campo elettromagnetico dell’individuo e dei suoi organi, al fine di rilevarne anomalie e interazioni con sostanze estranee e corregerne le cause.

Il rapporto Sodio/Magnesio e Sodio/Potassio fornisce invece utili informazioni sull'attività delle ghiandole surrenali.

Per conoscere se vi è presenza di stress ci si avvale del rapporto Sodio/Potassio.

Effettuando un riequilibrio muscolare attraverso la kinesiologia applicata è da ritenere che intervenga un fattore di cambiamento nella capacità di risposta agli stressors. Per quanto riguarda le analisi biochimiche riferite alle urine alla saliva si può affermare che il riequilibrio non influisce in maniera immediata su questi indici biochimici ma la sua azione si esplica nell’arco delle 24 ore successive.
